Position Summary
The Manager, Provider Partnerships & Healthcare Growth serves as the primary relationship manager for Global Meals throughout Indiana, responsible for developing and strengthening partnerships with hospitals, health systems, physician practices, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), behavioral health providers, crisis centers, rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, and other healthcare organizations.
This field-based position is responsible for driving referral growth, increasing meal utilization, expanding market penetration, and identifying clinical integration opportunities that leverage medically tailored meals to improve health outcomes and address food insecurity. The position will cultivate strategic partnerships and advance opportunities through the business development pipeline for executive review and contracting.

Support Global Meals' strategic expansion within Indiana by strengthening healthcare partnerships, identifying clinical integration opportunities, increasing provider referrals, improving utilization, and driving sustainable growth through provider engagement and healthcare collaboration.

This position is expected to drive measurable growth by developing strategic relationships with hospitals, health systems, behavioral health organizations, crisis centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare providers, resulting in increased referrals, expansion of medically tailored meal initiatives, and advancement of new clinical integration opportunities that support improved patient outcomes and sustainable revenue growth.
Growth & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for hospitals, health systems, physician practices, FQHCs, behavioral health providers, crisis centers, rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, and other healthcare organizations throughout Indiana.
- Identify and cultivate new clinical integration opportunities where medically tailored meals can support chronic disease management, food insecurity initiatives, and post-discharge care.
- Develop strategic relationships with provider leadership, case management teams, discharge planners, population health teams, and clinical stakeholders.
- Advance qualified opportunities to executive leadership for contracting and implementation.
- Support retention and expansion of existing provider partnerships through ongoing engagement and education.
Customer Engagement & Field Activity
- Conduct face-to-face provider in-services and educational presentations.
- Meet regularly with hospitals, provider organizations, and community healthcare partners to increase awareness of Global Meals' medically tailored meal capabilities.
- Present program offerings and clinical nutrition solutions to key stakeholders.
- Participate in provider networking events, healthcare conferences, and industry meetings.
Referral & Pipeline Management
- Develop and manage provider referral pipelines throughout the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify new clinical integration opportunities involving medically tailored meals.
- Monitor provider referral activity and identify opportunities for increased utilization.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to transition qualified opportunities into the contracting and implementation process.
- Track performance against established KPIs.
Marketing & Community Presence
- Represent Global Meals at healthcare conferences, provider events, and networking opportunities.
- Support outreach initiatives targeting hospitals, behavioral health providers, crisis centers, rehabilitation facilities, and healthcare organizations.
- Provide feedback on educational materials and provider engagement strategies.
Geographic Scope & Travel
- Primary responsibility for the State of Indiana, with emphasis on the Indianapolis metropolitan area during initial market expansion.
- Frequent day travel throughout Indiana (estimated 60–75% of the workweek) is required to support partner engagement, business development, provider education, and community outreach activities.
- This position is primarily field-based, with occasional remote administrative work for planning, reporting, and internal meetings.
- Limited overnight travel may be required to support conferences, training, strategic initiatives, or statewide business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hospitals, physician practices, FQHCs, behavioral health providers, crisis centers, rehabilitation facilities, or post-discharge programs.
- Experience supporting medically tailored meal initiatives, population health programs, value-based care models, or clinical integration strategies.
Key Performance Indicators
- 25 strategic provider engagements per month.
- 8–10 face-to-face provider in-services or educational meetings per month.
- 10 new active authorizations per month.
- Maintain an 85% referral-to-authorization conversion rate.
- Identify and advance at least two new clinical integration opportunities per quarter for executive evaluation and contracting.
- Support retention and expansion of existing provider relationships.

Travel & Vehicle Reimbursement
This position requires frequent travel throughout the assigned territory to support relationship development, business growth, community engagement, and strategic initiatives. Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the Company's travel reimbursement program, including mileage reimbursement or a vehicle allowance, in accordance with Company policy.
Performance Incentive Opportunity
Eligible to participate in an annual performance incentive program targeted at 10–15% of base salary based on achievement of individual KPIs, strategic growth objectives, and company performance. Participation in the annual performance incentive program is contingent upon individual performance, achievement of established goals, and company performance.
