Business Process Analyst

Purpose of the Job

The Business Process Analyst supports global business transformation initiatives by analyzing, improving, and documenting business processes across multiple functions. The role works closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, D&T, and external partners to deliver process improvements, regulatory compliance projects, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Job Description

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and meetings.
• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across global Finance and Accounting operations.
• Prepare BRDs, process maps (BPMN), UAT scenarios, and other project documentation.
• Support global transformation and regulatory initiatives, including e-Invoicing implementations across multiple countries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and regional stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business analyses to support data-driven decision making.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Business Transformation, in addition to Project Management knowledge.
• Experience working on regional or global projects within multinational organizations is preferred.
• Experience in Finance, Shared Services, or regulatory transformation projects is an advantage.
• Experience working on process improvement and business transformation initiatives within an SAP environment is an advantage.
