工作职责：Job Responsibility
1. 开发设计连接器非标自动化设备，执行开发可行性评估&DFM,自动机机构设计和图纸绘制，跟进设备的零件制作，安装和调试，及时解决调试和试产中出现的问题直到设备交付。
Develop and design connector non-standard automatic equipment, Evaluate the new auto machine feasibility & DFM, Execute machine mechanism detail design and drawing, follow parts fabrication and machine setup & conditioning , To solve problems in conditioning and trial run before machine delivery to mass production.
2.完成设备工程文件的制作和归档，评估设备设计成本统计及控制. Compile machine engineering document and filing, estimate and control machine cost
3.新的自动化技术的应用研究和导入,制定并执行设计标准化规范. Research and introduction of new automation manufacturing technologies and establish and execute automation design standard
4..执行对供应商的项目管理和技术评估,主导外购自动化设备或生产线的开发导入. Carry out project management and technical assessment for suppliers and lead the development and introduction of purchased automatic equipment or production lines.
5.参与现有自动机及自动线设计改进，提高产量及生产效率，减少生产不良及报废。 Participate in existing machine design upgrading, improve capacity, efficiency, yield rate and scarp rate.
6.支持在海外架设新的自动化生产线。Set up new automatic assembly lines outside China.
任职要求：(Job requirement)
1. 十年以上非标自动化设备开发设计经验，能独立完成整机机构设计；有连接器或精密电子行业经验优先。
10 years work experience in non-standard automatic machine design, Can complete the whole machine mechanism design independently, Experience in connector or precision electronics industry is preferred
2. 熟练掌握机械传动，气动，伺服及元器件的选型；了解精密零件加工原理.
Familiar with mechanical, pneumatic, servo and component selection; Understand machining principle of precision parts well
3. 熟练使用Creo/SolidWorks/AutoCAD等设计软件；Familiar with Creo/SolidWorks/AutoCAD design software
4. 良好的逻辑思维，团队精神和创新意识；较强的时间观念和责任意识，能承受较大工作压力。
Good logical thinking, teamwork and innovation consciousness; strong sense of responsibility, can work under great pressure.
5. 良好的领导力和沟通能力，并能适应海外出差. Good leadership and communication skills and ability to travel abroad
6. 机械相关专业，大学本科以上学历. Mechanical engineering or equivalent major is required, Bachelor Degree
