Job IdentificationResponsible for developing and executing internal and external communication initiatives, creating engaging content, supporting corporate branding, managing communication channels, and ensuring consistent messaging that enhances employee engagement and company reputation
What We Expect- Develop and update the public relations, government relations, regulation, and registration plans to align the plans with business goals.
- Monitor and inform on changing key government policies and initiatives which impact business.
- Create and issue Purchase Request (PR) & Purchase Order (PO) for all published and written materials like newsletters, periodicals, announcements, pamphlets, brochures, and posters.
- Maintain and provide updated information to employees about company reputation, strategies, brand, PAC events & activities.
- Ensure to set up the branding Materials (Roll-ups, wall letters, Banners & all physical materials ) within the event location.
- Ensure to communicate with all 3rd parties that are related to PAC business, such as publishers & local manufacturers.
- Assure to overview & visualize all needed brandings & PAC massages / Campaigns & CSR projects as to always plan priory based on PAC & Management recommendations
- Follow the administrative tasks related to 3rd party & vendors of PAC ( Finance obligations & following their effectiveness & efficiency of service).
- Put all efforts to accomplish what is needed to have full-star events & CSR projects.
- Promote the positive image on behalf of the organization.
- Content Development of Social Media channels in alignment with Marketing and PAC guidelines, along with generating all related reports.
- Provide document translation when needed.
- Coordinate, plan, and execute plant Tours
- Execute all internal and external CSR, Events, and expos of Coca-Cola or sponsored by Coca-Cola & CCI.
- Coordinate all internal reports required from the management.
- Any other tasks that may arise from top management.
