In this role, you'll:


Support the successful delivery of road maintenance and resilience programs by coordinating the performance and administration of a portfolio of contracts. Working closely with operational teams, suppliers, and contractors, you will monitor contract performance, manage payment and variation processes, prepare contract documentation, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual, risk, and governance requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong supplier relationships and driving value, performance, and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of maintenance contracts.

We have permanent positions based in Milsons Point, NSW.

 

 

About you


You are an organised and commercially minded professional with experience in the construction, civil, or infrastructure industry. You understand how maintenance and construction contracts operate in practice and can confidently work with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to achieve positive outcomes.

 

You'll bring:


•    Strong Excel skills


•    Experience in contract administration, contract performance monitoring, or project administration within a construction, civil, maintenance, or infrastructure environment.


•    Knowledge of civil construction activities such as traffic control, pavements, asphalt, scaffolding, or road maintenance works will be highly regarded. 


•    Strong administration and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, reports, contract plans, variations, and performance documentation. 


•    The ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate contractual requirements clearly to stakeholders and suppliers. 


•    Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach. 


•    A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
