What you will be doing:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate light, medium and heavy-duty Hino trucks as well as a wide range of quality used trucks, buses and light commercial vehicles.
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Provide guidance on finance packages, warranties, and add-on options
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers
- Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience
- Open to entry-level applicants with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn, full training provided
- Background in sales, finance, or lending would be beneficial but is not required
- Experience selling heavy vehicles desired but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate and guide customers through their purchase
- Confidence presenting vehicle features, technology, and finance options
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-motivated, professional, and solutions-focused
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to upgrade to HR license
- Australian working rights
