Job Description
- Manage financial aspects related to contracted projects in order to minimize the costs of a project
- Facilitate the invoice/payment workflow, cash flow and enhance value for money while complying with contractual agreements
- Achieving the required standards and quality
- Quantity Surveying Strategy
- Procedures and Budgeting
- Project profitability and Delivery

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- minimum of 15 years' experience
- 7-9 years management experience
- professional accreditation (MMUP, RICS, MRICS, PMP, etc.)
