The Loan Services Officer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support in the processing, servicing, and maintenance of loan accounts. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all loan servicing activities, including disbursements, repayments, documentation, and customer support.

Operational Process Management
You will play a key role in coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on critical loan servicing processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Consent Requests Management
- Guide members and attorneys through requirements for the Bank’s consent related to changes in collateral (e.g. property transfers, subdivisions).
- Conduct credit risk assessments to protect the Bank’s interest.
- Prepare and submit recommendations for approval of consent requests.
- Liaise with internal adjudication teams and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
- Coordinate the release of security documentation following approval.
Mortgage Adjustments Processing
- Prepare and submit requests for interest rate reductions for review.
- Coordinate documentation for due date, term, and interest rate adjustments.
- Ensure accurate processing of account changes and communicate updates to customers.
Customer & Operational Support
- Respond to general queries and provide timely support to members and stakeholders.
- Assist with partial redemption requests where required.
- Provide front desk support when needed, assisting walk-in members with queries.
Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Track and update the progress of all assigned requests daily.
- Bachelor Degree in banking and finance or similar discipline with three (3) or more years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel. Sound knowledge of the Phoenix banking system is an asset.
