MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Base Operations Support Specialist to join our team in the Philippines.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Directs and coordinates the work of multiple craft occupations to maintain mechanical equipment, tactical infrastructure, and expeditionary structures.
• Manage the execution of preventative maintenance schedules, ensure all repairs meet safety and regulatory standards, and lead the identification of system deficiencies to recommend comprehensive restoration or upgrade solutions.
• Manages the daily execution of expeditionary life support, RSOI segments, and tactical facility services for deployed military and civilian personnel during regional exercises in the USPACOM AOR.
• Oversee the physical setup, operational safety, and teardown of field tenting arrays, field kitchen cooking assets, field laundry support nodes, mobile shower systems, tactical water purification/distribution points, and spot power generation grids while managing greywater/blackwater environmental mitigation protocols and coordinating Host Nation utility footprint agreements.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree  in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of position-relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing tactical bare-base operations, field life support systems, or military exercise logistics.

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in a related discipline.
• Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or PMP certification.
• Extensive experience managing joint contingency operations, forward operating bases (FOB), or USSOCOM/USPACOM field exercise sustainment networks.

 

Clearance Required:

• Must hold an active Secret clearance

 

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
