Description 

Job Summary 
The Conference Payment Analyst will play a key role in supporting IEEE's Accounts Payable department by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of event-related payments. This position requires meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and approving payments to vendors, speakers, venues, awardees, and other stakeholders involved in IEEE conferences. The Conference Payment Analyst will ensure that all payment requests are supported by appropriate documentation and are compliant with company policies, tax regulations, and best business practices. The role also involves substantial communication with conference organizers to provide updates on payment status and guide them in resolving documentation issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve payment requests related to IEEE conferences. 
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries.
 

Qualifications 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Work Experience

  • 2-4 years Experience in a field related to Accounts Payable preferred
