Our ED&A Delivery function ensures high-quality and timely execution of strategic data programs across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include:

- Building robust ETL/ELT pipelines that automate data ingestion, transformation, and delivery using modern frameworks.
- Delivering curated, business-ready datasets to support self-service analytics and strategic decision-making.
- Enforcing data quality, testing, and governance standards across the data ecosystem.
- Leveraging orchestration tools like Airflow or Cloud Composer for reliable pipeline scheduling and execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including data analysts, product owners, and BI developers to align solutions with business objectives.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Data Architect & Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end architecture and execution of enterprise data solutions. - Establish and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and technical design patterns across the ED&A organization.
- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models, including canonical models that standardize data across the organization.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, application teams, and business units to align data solutions with enterprise goals.
- Drive delivery timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time and high-quality releases for multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams and help troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues
- Partner with data governance and quality teams to ensure consistent implementation of lineage, metadata, and quality standards

- Expertise in cloud-native data architecture, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer).
- Deep understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, batch and streaming architectures, and orchestration tools (Airflow/Cloud Composer).
- Proven ability to design dimensional and canonical data models for enterprise analytics and reporting use cases.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and modern data engineering toolsets.
