Job Purpose: To lead the operational execution of a world-class personal protection and security management system for the India Head and their family. The role involves strategic planning, risk management, crisis preparedness, and effective team leadership to ensure comprehensive security coverage, operational excellence, and readiness for all scenarios
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Protection Lead
Strategic Planning:
Implement and maintain a worldclass personal protection and security management system aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify key protection goals and devise a strategic plan to ensure robust security measures.
Foster efficient teamwork within the defined Executive Protection policy to address risks effectively and maintain compliance.
Security Risk Management and Intelligence & Vigilance:
Establish and maintain relationships with decisionmakers in administrative bodies, police, local communities, and media to gather reliable intelligence.
Analyze daily local, national, and international news to identify potential security threats to the subjects.
Security Risk Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive Threat and Vulnerability Assessments of the India Head’s security and implement mitigation measures as required.
Prepare detailed reports and analyses of routes and locations to ensure safe and secure movements.
Security Strategy & Implementation:
24,7 Security Coverage: Ensure continuous security coverage for the subjects through a team of trained security professionals.
Travel Security Protocols: Incorporate route reconnaissance, route auditing, and safe evacuation measures into travel security arrangements.
Technology Integration: Strengthen security operations by adopting advanced security gadgets, including tracking devices, communication tools, and protective equipment such as weapons.
Crisis & Incident Management:
Response Plan Execution: Support the implementation of crisis response plans during emergencies or incidents, ensuring swift and effective action.
Crisis Drills: Conduct regular contingency and crisis management drills and exercises to enhance team readiness and operational preparedness.
People Management:
Team Leadership: Drive a collaborative and highperformance culture within the Executive Protection Team by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
Capability Development: Lead training programs and talent management initiatives to upskill team members and prepare critical talent for future leadership roles.
Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational values

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Law Enforcement, or related fields.
Certification:
Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Personal Protection Specialist (PPS)
Work Experience (Range of years):
10–12 years of experience in executive protection, security management, or crisis response.
