General Information:

The Quality Assurance will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Quality for products in production, including: executing and supporting quality improvements, customer scorecard metrics, Focus Factory quality management, process control, change management and annual product requalification.

Your Responsibilities:

Standart Compliance:

  • Follow technical compliance of standards.
  • Comply with the Code of Conduct.
  • Comply with ESH, LEAN and 5s rules.

Quality Standards:

  • Support implementation of activities to meet customer requirements; support Yield, DPMO, IFC improvement activities for manufacturing lines.
  • Utilize basic statistical tools to analyze data and identify root cause of defects, like CPK's, Masters, SPC, Calibration, MSA studies, etc.
  • Ensure all product and manufacturing risks are assessed in all aspects.
  • Lead containment activities and sorting per internal and customer complaints.
  • Ensure process readiness for any internal and external audits.
  • Collect lessons learned during continuous improvement activities and verify for effectiveness.
  • Support basic TPM, Kiazen and Lean initiatives in the production environment.
  • Ensure production documents are in control and up to date including Control Plan, PFMEA, rPFMEA, Poka Yoke, etc.
  • Monitor and review Jidoka program.
  • Manage production restart.

Plant and FF Quality Performance:

  • Monitor quality performance and execution discipline on the production line.
  • Identify weak areas and ensure implementation of necessary improvements.
  • Support Quality KPI's.
  • Support manufacturing scrap performance tracking and improvement.
  • Support production teams on problem solving of customer returns.
  • Manage quality issues of raw materials.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing Quality, or a similar role in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, technical compliance, and internal procedures, including adherence to the Code of Conduct, ESH, LEAN, and 5S requirements.
  • Experience supporting customer requirement compliance, quality KPI tracking, and continuous improvement activities such as Yield, DPMO, and IFC improvement.
  • Working knowledge of statistical quality tools and defect analysis methods, including CPK, SPC, MSA, calibration, and master data studies.
  • Experience ensuring product and process risk assessments are completed and maintained, including support for Control Plans, PFMEA, rPFMEA, and Poka Yoke documentation.
  • Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, and Lean principles, with the ability to support and participate in improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to monitor production line quality performance, identify weak areas, and lead or support quality improvement projects.
  • Understanding of new product launch (NPL) activities, including quality planning, approval, oversight, and safe launch risk management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams.
