YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
- Lead the industrialization process by coordinating the project team of Launch Managers in the plant as well as all sub-projects managers and take responsibility for multiple locations and sub-systems.
- Ensure project management methods (e.g.project workbook, time planning, risk management, change management, reporting, project close out) within the industrialization team with deep technical knowledge.
- Lead and coordinate all activities related to production concepts and its subconcepts.
- Thereforeresponsible for Make or Buy and Footprint preparation, Input for profitability calculation (IPA), Gateway/Deliverable preparation, Consolidated cost target fulfilment for Standard Quotation Value (SQV), tooling cost and investments.
- Support all activities related to achieve a cost and production-oriented design across plants using Design for Manufacturing and Design for Six Sigma methods.
