Your Role As Finance and Administration Technician, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy
-
Manage supplier accounts and accounts payable activities
-
Enter transactions into accounting systems and maintain accurate records
-
Verify the completeness and integrity of financial information in company systems
-
Provide administrative support to the local management team
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day financial operations
-
Contribute to process improvements and help maintain efficient administrative and accounting practices
What you bring You're a natural fit for Finance and Administration Technician if you have:

An Accounting Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent education in accounting or finance
-
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative support functions
-
Experience managing accounts payable and supplier accounts
-
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-
Excellent computer literacy and comfort working with various software systems
-
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP platforms is considered an asset
-
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong autonomy, enthusiasm, and collaboration skills
