Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities
  • Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
  • Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
  • Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
  • Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
  • Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
  • Plan and develop the technical officer skills
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in liaising with client for all works related to the system in-charge
  • Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule
  • Conduct daily routine inspections of the facility to ensure all systems are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare quotations, technical reports for equipment breakdowns, and maintenance proposals.
  • Perform or supervise scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure critical spare parts are available for maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years' experience
  • Knowledgeable in ACMV and/or Mechanical works
  • Good communication skills, positive mindset
  • Hardworking and able to multi-task
  • Customer service oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
