Your new responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and maintain wafer sort equipment, with a specific focus on TEL WDF 12 DP+, TEL Precio and EG4090 probes.
- Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and repair to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source spare parts and ensure timely equipment repairs. Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in wafer sort equipment and probers.
- Perform calibration of wafer sort equipment, including probers, to ensure accurate and reliable measurements. Conduct equipment performance optimization to improve efficiency and yield.
- Analyze data and test results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other support teams to develop and implement equipment upgrades and modifications.
- Investigate and resolve complex equipment issues and failures, employing advanced troubleshooting techniques.Provide technical support to operators and technicians, offering guidance and expertise to resolve equipment-related challenges
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including equipment manuals, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent related field with Extensive experience in wafer sort equipment management, specifically with TEL Precio, TEL WDF 12DP+ and EG4090 probes
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of wafer sort equipment operation, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Proficient in analyzing equipment performance data and implementing improvements.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issue
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest advancements in wafer sort equipment and probe technologies.
