Job IdentificationWe are looking for the RGM Specialist to be a part of our Marketing team located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
What We Expect- Support the achievement of company growth targets by balancing volume, revenue, market share, and profitability objectives through the Quality Growth framework
- Drive Revenue Growth Management workshop initiatives and ensure translation of strategic recommendations into executional action plans
- Lead monthly volume forecasting cycle based on commercial insights, sales history, OOS analysis, price points, marketing & trade initiatives and market competition aligned with related stakeholders. Working across many functions (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) and influencing without direct leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy through data analysis and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Own portfolio management and SKU optimization processes, including profitability reviews on monthly basis, recommendations for launches and delistings, partnering with Finance and Commercial teams to identify corrective actions and improvement opportunities
- Develop and execute pricing strategies in line with the company's Revenue Growth Management agenda, including price & pack architecture, competitive price indexes, and affordability analysis.
- Support delivery of Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) objectives through strategic volume, revenue, and profitability initiatives
- Lead development of Portfolio Mix Strategy and Channel/Region actions for profitable value and volume growth and to drive development of Product Mix plans at the channel level. Detailed mix analysis across channels/pack types to highlight opportunities, tracking competitors
- Monitor category, channel, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities and business risks
- Lead the implementation of insights and analytics capabilities, including market intelligence reporting, consumer research studies, and data analysis
- Conduct regular market visits and field assessments to identify execution opportunities, validate assumptions, and develop action plans
- Launch PBI reporting tool and contribute to its further enhancement
- Higher education – degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- English - intermediate level and above
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amount of data
- Negotiation and Communication Skills
- Experienced user of Excel, Power Point and Power BI
- Responsible, organizational skills, proactive, good communication skills
- Experience as a demand planner or sales/business analyst role
