Job Summary
This job is responsible for executing security policies and ensuring the network's defenses are current. It involves partnering with Network Operations and researching security enhancements. The role is key in maintaining the security of the Company's network assets.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensuring effective implementation of network security safeguards in line with industry and organizational policies
Directing Network and Systems Engineers to apply security best practices consistently
Collaborating with Network Operations to validate and update disaster recovery plans
Developing policies for security incident responses and comprehensive training for teams
Researching emerging technologies to strengthen the network's security infrastructure
Orchestrating penetration tests and vulnerability assessments for network security
Leading internal and external security audits to uphold security compliance and identify risks
Communicating with project teams to integrate and uphold security requirements
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Schedule / Work Set-up / Location:
Shifting (must be amenable with any schedule depending on business needs)
Hybrid Work Set-up (2x onsite, 3x WFH per week)
Office address is at GLAS Tower, Ortigas Pasig City
Must be flexible with the schedule and amenable to render overtime and work on holidays if needed
