Tax Business Partner-IndonesiaJakartaFull-timeFinanceResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities · Manage and ensure timely, accurate filing of all Indonesian tax returns (PPh, PPN, etc.) through the Coretax system and e-Faktur. · Oversee import tax compliance, including customs valuation, import duty, and VAT on imported goods, in close coordination with logistics and supply chain teams. · Monitor changes in Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), assess their impact on the business, and implement necessary updates. · Conduct tax risk assessments, identify potential exposure areas, and develop mitigation strategies; provide practical tax advice to support daily operations. · Serve as the key contact for tax audits, inquiries, and disputes, liaising with tax authorities and external consultants to ensure favorable outcomes. · Maintain accurate tax records, reconciliations, and documentation; support month-end and year-end tax provisions. · Collaborate effectively with accounting, procurement, sales, and other functions to ensure tax considerations are embedded in business processes. · Participate in ad-hoc tax projects, system upgrades, and process improvements as assigned.QualificationsRequirements 1. Nationality & Education: Indonesian citizen with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation. 2. Certification: Possess valid Brevet A & B certificates. 3. Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Indonesian taxation, preferably within multinational corporations or the automotive/manufacturing industry. 4. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Indonesian import taxation procedures. Proficient in Indonesian Tax Laws and Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK). Expert in operating e-Faktur and Coretax systems. Strong capabilities in risk control and problem-solving. 5. Language: Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). 6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external parties.Apply
