Develop localized product positioning, core selling points and promotion strategies matching Thailand NEV market and user demands.
Track market trends and competition dynamics, output actionable insights to support HQ product planning and local business decisions.
Define target customer portraits and differentiated product strategies to strengthen segment competitiveness.
2. Market Research & Product Introduction
Conduct full-scale Thailand NEV market research, covering segment trends, competitor products, price bands and user preferences.
Formulate vehicle introduction rhythm and product portfolio based on local policies, market environment and usage habits.
Evaluate new model launch feasibility including market capacity, sales forecast and target user matching, and iterate product roadmap with HQ.
3. Pricing & SKU Management
Propose scientific localized pricing solutions combining local tax policy, cost, brand positioning and competitor strategies.
Analyze competitor configuration and promotion rules, optimize our pricing and benefit system to balance competitiveness and profitability.
Manage and optimize local vehicle SKU, including versions, configurations, colors and optional packages; cooperate with relevant teams to optimize SKU structure and inventory efficiency.
4. New Product Launch Management
Take full ownership of new model launch planning and execution in Thailand, including regional debut vehicles.
Align HQ, local distributor, sales and marketing teams to complete pre-launch preparation.
Formulate launch promotion plans and product training systems, and support conferences, media tests, auto shows and roadshows for smooth market landing.
5. Competitor Analysis & Market Insight
Continuously track competitor product updates, price adjustments, marketing activities and market share changes.
Sort out terminal and user feedback, regularly deliver standardized market & competitiveness analysis reports to support product and marketing decisions.
Summarize market pain points and put forward localized product optimization suggestions to HQ.
6. Product Communication & Terminal Empowerment
Develop localized product promotion materials and sales toolkits with the marketing team.
Provide professional product training, selling point and competitive analysis guidance for dealers and sales teams.
Unify terminal display and product communication standards to ensure consistent brand output.
7. Localization & Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with HQ product, marketing and R&D teams to complete product and marketing localization adaptation.
Coordinate sales, after-sales, supply chain and operation teams to implement full-lifecycle product management.
Act as a key liaison between HQ and local team to drive project progress and problem solving.
8. Full Lifecycle Product Management
Track post-launch product sales performance and user reputation, conduct regular business review.
Optimize seasonal promotion and inventory strategies to realize stable sales in off-seasons and breakthrough growth in peak seasons.
Continuously improve product competitiveness and local brand influence.
Qualifications1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering or related fields is preferred.
2. 3+ years automotive product marketing, product planning
Deep insight into Thailand automotive market, local consumer habits and competitive landscape.
3. Proficient in new vehicle introduction, launch operation and cross-functional project management.
4. Strong capabilities in market research, competitor analysis, SKU planning and pricing, with sensitive business judgment and data analysis ability.
5. Excellent copywriting and presentation skills, capable of sorting out, summarizing and visually presenting market research, product planning and strategic ideas into clear, logical and professional reports and materials.
6. Good communication, coordination and hands-on execution ability, adaptable to startup business rhythm.
7. Fluent in English for daily work; Thai speaker is preferred.
8. Available for domestic business trips in Thailand and occasional overseas trips.Apply
