The Opportunity

Interflow has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Asset Administrator to join the team for a 13 month contact. Based in Girraween (Western Sydney), you will provide administrative support to our Fleet team by managing the administrative aspects of asset creation, regularly checking that all information is accurate and up to date. Main Duties include:

  • Related invoice and finance administration
  • Raising of purchase orders and capex requests
  • Database and information maintenance, ensuring data is accurate, completed appropriately and up to date
  • Working alongside the Asset Creation Manager to build and track asset creation plans

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar fleet, asset, finance or administrative support role
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
