We're currently seeking a Project Admin to join our team on an early works project. This will be a diverse role providing administrative support to the project team. You will be responsible for timesheet entry and associated reporting, accounts, HSE administration, document control and other project administrative tasks. This role will be based in West Perth and is an ASAP start.

The Role:
- Set up and monitoring of weekly team timesheet submissions.
- Preparing and maintaining man-hours reports.
- Sending weekly PM charge-out hours for approval.
- Assisting with the formatting and compiling of project documentation.
- Distributing incoming transmittals to the project team.
- Saving project documents and maintaining all document registers.
- Processing and reconciling company credit card and fuel card expenses.
- Maintaining the plant and equipment and goods receival registers
- Researching suppliers and obtaining quotations for site establishment requirements.
- Raising Site Material Requests for purchase orders.
- Looking after Stationary / Consumables / PPE for site-based team
About You:
- 3-5 years industry experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated administration background with previous exposure to timekeeping, accounts, document control.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
- High level of proficiency and expertise using document management systems (Ineight, desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint and Excel in particular).
- Developed time management skills to effectively manage competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively work both within a team and autonomously, be proactive and able to use initiative.
