HVAC Draftsman
An experienced HVAC Draftsman with expertise in preparing detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. Proficient in using AutoCAD and familiar with Revit MEP for drafting and coordination. Skilled in preparing duct layouts, chilled water piping layouts, ventilation systems, equipment layouts, and HVAC schematics in accordance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Develop ductwork, chilled water piping, ventilation, and equipment layout drawings.
- Coordinate HVAC services with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
- Review IFC drawings, project specifications, and consultant comments.
- Ensure drawings comply with local authority requirements and international standards.
- Revise drawings based on consultant and site feedback.
- Assist the project and site teams with technical drafting support.
- Maintain accurate drawing revisions and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Software Skills:
- AutoCAD
- Revit MEP (Basic/Intermediate/Advanced, as applicable)
- Microsoft Office
