Holy Cross Kincumber is Catholic Healthcare's newest premium residential aged care home, purpose-built to deliver contemporary, relationship-centred care in a beautiful Central Coast location. Opened in December 2025, this stunning 102-bed home features our innovative Inspirit Model of Care, dedicated Memory Support Wings and modern facilities designed to enrich the lives of residents and those who care for them.

About the role
As Home Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the success of Holy Cross Kincumber, leading operational performance, financial sustainability and clinical governance while creating an exceptional experience for residents, families and employees.
You'll report to the Regional Operations Manager and be supported by a highly experienced leadership team including three Clinical Managers, a Hospitality Manager, Home Administrator and Concierge, together with specialist support across Clinical Governance, HR, Talent Acquisition and Operational Services.
This is a role for a leader who enjoys building engaged teams, driving performance and creating a workplace where people genuinely want to be. You will:
• Lead the operational, financial and clinical performance of the home.
• Inspire and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive occupancy, workforce planning, budgeting and operational excellence.
• Ensure exceptional resident outcomes and outstanding customer experiences.
• Champion quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and the local community.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.
About you
You're an experienced Aged Care Manager or senior operational leader who knows that great aged care is built on strong leadership, empowered teams and sound commercial management. You'll bring:
• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
• Extensive leadership experience within residential aged care or healthcare.
• Proven success leading operational performance, financial management and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC.
• A track record of improving quality, culture and resident outcomes.
• Availability to participate in a regional after-hours on-call roster (one week in nine).
