India Engineering Leader (ADS Division)
Your Job
As the India Engineering Leader, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers located at the Molex campus in Bangalore, dedicated to supporting and augmenting the capacity and capability of design engineering teams across the global Aerospace and Defense Solutions (ADS) division. Your team will provide expert mechanical and electrical engineering support—including mechanical design, electrical design, simulation, testing, PCB layout, 3D modeling, and engineering documentation—to enable ADS to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions worldwide.

What You Will Do
• Lead and manage a team of engineers specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering, simulation, testing, PCB layout, 3D modeling, and engineering documentation.
• Serve as a center of excellence, augmenting the capacity and capability of global ADS design engineering teams by providing timely, high-quality engineering support.
• Oversee and drive advanced simulation and testing activities to validate designs and ensure compliance with performance and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with global ADS teams to support product development, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100, IPC, MIL-STD) and internal quality requirements.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and priorities to meet the dynamic needs of global business partners.
• Champion the adoption of best practices in design tools, simulation methodologies, and documentation processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones and functions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or related technical field).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
What Will Put You Ahead
· Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing environments.
· Familiarity with AS9100, IPC, and MIL-STD standards.
· Proficiency with CAD, simulation, and PCB design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Altium, CREO, NX, ANSYS).
· Demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing engineering teams.
· Experience working with global teams and supporting international business units.
