To ensure timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer orders by managing order fulfilment, shipment execution, and issue resolution to maximize customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Monitor and achieve delivery performance targets: Ensure CRD (Customer Requested Date) ≥ 90% and MPD (Manufacturing Promise Date) ≥ 95%.
- Expedite urgent demand effectively to prevent customer shortages and line stopage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, and logistics teams to secure on-time delivery; escalate risks and barriers promptly to GSOE management.
- Optimize air freight costs by applying air governance processes for shipment planning.
- Manage global processes including PDS/CDS and OPOP in coordination with Global SCH Operations.
- Follow allocation process with GSOP NSP team and global allocator to prevent customer shortages.
- Track goods in transit with Global Logistics, resolve delays, and minimize unnecessary air shipments or shortage risks.
- Leverage digital tools for abnormal order management, tracking, and modifications.
- Monitor order fulfillment status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Communicate proactively with global stakeholders (SCOE, CSR, Sales) regarding demand changes and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate customer master data in systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer experience.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- College graduates or University Degree or above
- 2 years working customer service experience in electronic industry
- Excellent English / Mandarin written and oral communications skills
- PC skills, such as outlook, excel
- Highly sense of urgency and responsibility, act proactively with optimism attitude
