Job Description:
1) 参与自动机设计评审会议并提出建设性建议，预防严重的制造/组装要求设计性失误；
2) 协助工程师完成项目自动机的验收和入厂；
3) 主导/支持自动机量产前的调试和改进，确保自动机设备设计指标的达成；
4) 支持团队标准进程及落实：刀具优化、机构件设计、工装改进、标准元器件使用验证、新材料尝试、传动差异性评估等设备性能最优化提升；
5) 优化机器预防性维护计划及规划并开展设备故障排除培训；
6) 完成部分GLSS和JDI项目，以不断优化项目自动机生产表现；
7) 协调自动机设备供应商处理现场大型设备故障升级；
8) 管理自动机设备供应商现场人员；
9) 关注设备安全隐患并采取措施满足7S要求；
10) 支持和协助供应商综合能力的提升；
Job Requirement:
1) 电子或机械相关专业学位或同等学历；
2) 具备组装自动化设备方面的知识和实践经验；
3) 熟练使用微软办公软件等。
4) 平均工作年限：3 年以上
5) 具备良好的沟通协调、组织统筹、计划制定与分析判断能力
6) 能够同时处理多项工作，合理划分工作优先级，确保达成既定目标
7) 富有团队协作精神，工作主动积极，具备较强的执行力与紧迫感
