Benefit for Daniel:
- Scheduled dashboard email: any dashboard can be scheduled to email daily, weekly or monthly. Daniel receives a link straight to the live dashboard.
- Scheduled PDF export: weekly PDF snapshot of the dashboard delivered to Daniel's inbox (no login required).
- AI-generated weekly summary: an AI workflow runs every Monday at a set time, pulls data from your Operations, CS and Sales boards, uses Sidekick to write a plain-language executive brief (wins, risks, blockers, next steps), and emails it to Daniel with the dashboard PDF attached.
- One "CEO Dashboard" consolidating data from up to 20 boards, pulling KPIs from Operations, Customer Service, Sales and Internal Projects.
- AI summary widget at the top of the dashboard giving Daniel a plain-language overview each time he logs in.
- Scheduled weekly email delivery so he does not need to log in unless he wants to dig deeper.
- Mobile app access on iOS and Android with the same dashboard view.
Microsoft Teams:
- Turns monday.com events (new items, status changes, assignments, due dates, updates) into messages in a Teams channel.
- monday.com can also be embedded as a tab inside Teams, so boards live directly in a Teams channel.
- Multiple recipes available, for example: "When status changes to X, send a message to a Teams channel".
Microsoft Outlook:
- Two-way integration. You can send and receive emails directly from monday.com items, with email threads logged against the relevant board item.
- The Outlook Add-in lets you turn any email into a monday.com item or update without leaving Outlook.
AI Features:
- monday Sidekick: a context-aware AI assistant that understands your boards, statuses, owners and conversations. You can ask it questions in plain English such as "summarise this project, what are the risks and next steps?" and it responds based on your actual live data.
• AI Agents: configurable agents that any team member can deploy without technical skills. They draw on live data across departments and can plan, coordinate and execute work for tasks such as qualifying leads, closing support tickets, onboarding employees and processing purchase requests. This is being rolled out progressively across accounts.
- AI Note Taker: joins your calls (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), captures notes and action items, and turns them into board items automatically.
- monday Vibe: a no-code AI app builder. You describe what you want in plain English ("build me a customer onboarding tracker with these fields") and it builds a functional app inside monday.com .
- AI Blocks and AI Columns: drop AI directly into a board to summarise updates, classify items, extract data from text, translate, or run custom prompts on each row automatically.
- AI Workflow Builder: describe an automation in plain English and monday builds it for you end to end.
- One-click connectors to Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
