  • Client Alignment: Deeply understand client requirements and ensure all project outputs align perfectly with specified expectations.
  • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate effectively within internal teams and across various departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Timeline Management: Adhere strictly to predefined delivery timelines and ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, project-specific documentation, and accurate timesheets.
  • Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed customer specifications and the internal QA/QC process.
  • Error Mitigation: Apply strong attention to detail to ensure zero-error delivery to clients.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD 3D, and other BIM software's
  • Standards: Strong understanding of international building codes, construction methodologies, and architectural standards. (US Work experience will be an added advantage)
  • Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines while maintaining absolute accuracy.

Good to Have: • Adaptability: An open mindset toward evolving technologies and changes in project scope. • Proactivity: Ability to take initiative and anticipate project needs before they become critical. • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot modeling issues or design conflicts. • Management: Strong personnel management skills for potential lead or supervisory roles.
