QualificationsADB seeks talent who embrace our mission to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life in Asia and the Pacific. We seek candidates who have:
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; preferably with a master’s degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience for early-career programs, 6 years for mid-career opportunities, and 10 years for senior-level roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ideally with relevant international work experience
