We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Seeking a Caregiver to assist a physically disabled woman in her home with all aspects of daily living. Wanting a compassionate, upbeat, and reliable caregiver to work with her in the Madison area. 
Schedule: Currently hiring for Weekends-all shiftsAvailable end of August hours:

• Mondays 1:30pm-7pm
• Tuesdays 5am-2:30pm
• Wednesdays 2pm-6pm
• Thursdays 7am-7pm
• Thursdays 11pm-5am

Compensation: $24 for day shift, $28 for night shift
Responsibilities: 

• No allergies to cats or dogs
• Personal Cares: Bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming
• Assistance with correspondence
• G-Tube care-feeding and medications-Member will train.
• Errands and outings- Driving clients vehicle
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry 
• Meal prep and cooking

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license
• Background check before hire
• Preference for caregivers who are kind, upbeat, and have exceptional reliability
