We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are looking for an active, reliable, and engaging Respite Provider to support a child in the Eau Claire community. Position Details:• Location: Eau Claire, WI• Schedule: approximately 5 hours per week + 4 days per month.• Pay: $10.60 per hour or $154.48 per day  About the Role:We're seeking someone who enjoys working with children and can provide a safe, positive, and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, loves arts and crafts, swimming, all things girly girl, being outside, and enjoys participating in activities that encourage fun, learning, and community involvement. This child does have a pool and action city pass as well. Responsibilities:• Provide supervision and support in a safe, caring environment.• Engage in age-appropriate recreational and community activities.• Encourage positive social interaction and independence.• Follow the child's care plan and communicate effectively with the family as needed. Ideal Candidate:• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.• Active and enthusiastic about working with children.• Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required. Requirements:• Reliable transportation• Valid driver’s license• Auto insurance• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
