About the team
The UK Campaign Team plans and executes various mega campaigns in the UK market. Leveraging influencer collaborations, product promotions, and marketing activities, we drive overall GMV growth, merchant development, and user engagement in the UK market.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
Ads Package Operations & Budget Management
- Own the end-to-end operating calendar for ads packages: nomination windows, approval gates, credit issuance and expiry tracking
- Maintain the master budget tracker — committed vs. issued vs. consumed vs. remaining — and flag over- or under-pacing early
- Reconcile ads credit consumption against seller GMV and spend data; investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare package proposals and allocation recommendations grounded in seller potential and historical ROI
Brand Amplification Programme (BAP)
- Manage the BAP seller pipeline from nomination through onboarding, activation and graduation
- Chase and consolidate submissions from account managers against hard cut-off dates; escalate proactively when a deadline is at risk
- Track BAP seller performance against programme entry criteria and growth targets
- Support quarterly programme reviews: cohort performance, retention, and recommendations on tiering and criteria
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyse GMV, ROI/ROAS, ads spend, traffic, conversion, CPA, affiliate contribution and category trends
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards, trackers and performance summaries with minimal supervision
- Run incrementality and cohort analysis to quantify the true commercial impact of ads packages and BAP support
- Support forecasting, budget planning and sales opportunity sizing
- Translate analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations for category and leadership stakeholders
Reporting Cadence & Time Management
- Run a fixed reporting rhythm: daily T-1 data refresh, weekly programme review, monthly budget close and post-cycle recap
- Plan backwards from every deadline and hold multiple parallel workstreams to schedule without being chased
- Prioritise ruthlessly when ad-hoc requests collide with committed deliverables, and communicate trade-offs early
- Keep single sources of truth accurate and current so stakeholders can self-serve
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Coordinate with category, campaign, ads/monetisation, finance, marketing and governance teams
- Drive process improvement and automation to reduce manual reporting effort
- Support agile execution across multiple simultaneous programmes and categories

What You’ll Gain
- Hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing social commerce platforms globally
- Exposure to ads monetisation, budget management and platform-level programme strategy
- Cross-category visibility and experience working with top sellers and industry partners
- Deep understanding of e-commerce growth mechanics, ads ROI and the TikTok Shop ecosystem
- Opportunity to own high-impact commercial analysis in a fast-scaling business

Minimum Qualifications
- University students currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields.
- Basic analytical skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data visualisation); familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms in the UK market.
- Exceptional time management — able to run a fixed deadline calendar across multiple concurrent workstreams and consistently deliver ahead of cut-off
- Strong prioritisation judgement under competing demands, with proactive escalation rather than silent slippage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with genuine comfort building analysis from raw data
- Confident working with large datasets, pivot tables, lookups and business reporting; able to spot data quality issues unprompted
