The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Your new responsibilities
- Lead product development projects in transferring from product development phase to high volume manufacturing phase.
- Coordinates engineering builds, test run builds & monitors the yield to meet project objectives
- Lead in ensuring BOM setup, line steering readiness, production system readiness & proper documentation readiness for mass production
- Prepare periodical report for stakeholders on the project status
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Physics or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related working experience in semiconductor industry.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
- Experience in Product Development processes.
- Good knowledge of Semiconductor Product Development and Manufacturing.
