We are a fast-growing Site Enabling Organization operating globally in the field of clinical research. We are driven by quality, teamwork, and innovation. As we continue to expand our global operations, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Legal Counsel to join our international Legal Team.

    Job Description

    As Legal Counsel, you will provide strategic and hands-on legal support across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on corporate, employment, and clinical trial contracting matters. You will work closely with our global teams and local stakeholders to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and efficient contract execution. You will report directly to a dynamic and collaborative Global Legal Manager and become a valued team member contributing to our growth and global mission.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct legal research and due diligence on regulatory and business environments in new and existing markets
    • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including:
      • Employment contracts (individual and mass hiring)
      • B2B/freelance services agreements
      • Clinical trial site agreements (with hospitals, clinics, research institutions)
      • Services agreements with pharmaceutical sponsors
    • Monitor local and global legislative changes relevant to clinical research and business operations
    • Provide legal risk assessments and guidance to internal stakeholders
    • Ensure all legal documents meet internal quality and formatting standards (Word/PDF)
    • Work in alignment with global legal policies and applicable regulatory requirements

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a legal professional, including at least 2 years in a pharmaceutical company, hospital, Site Management Organization (SMO), or Contract Research Organization (CRO) (international/global environment required)
    • Proven experience in local and international legal matters, including contract drafting and negotiation across jurisdictions;
    • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/clinical research regulations and data protection laws;
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a multicultural environment and support international business operations.
    • Law degree from a recognized university in Serbia (international studies such as master degree is a bonus);
    • Qualified Lawyer in Serbia (preferred but not mandatory)
    • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level, strong legal English proficiency is a must)
    • Advanced MS Word and PDF document formatting skills
