Responsible to ensure on time material supply from suppliers to feed production requirements, meanwhile control healthy inventory structure with cost-effective supply.

Policies and Procedures
-    Follow company and team's procedures and standard work in daily operation, and fully comply with corporate policies.

Material Control
1.    Daily operation to release PO to supplier, get confirmation from supplier timely, and monitor delivery status closely to make sure materials will be dock on time to meet production requirement.
2.     Manage open PO and focus on past due PO and GRIR issues.
3.    Cope with planner on pull in or push out request caused by unstable production or customer demand.                                                                               
4.    Monitor the inventory level in order to ensure high turn rate speed.    
5.    Right time escalation when have the material shortage risk, especially focus on customer line down case. 
6.    Manually PO release according to required QTY for large MOQ PNs
7.    Other tasks assigned by leader

Demand management
1.    Forecast, PR and PO management; 
2.    Internal communication with PP about supply gap

Payment management                                                                                       
1.    Invoice checking with Finance 
2.    Special payment application  
3.    Quality return handling with SQE

Data analysis                                                                                                    
1.    Aging Stock Analysis report (DOH>360days/PFO)
2.    Supply Gap analysis
3.    Aging/Excess PO Analysis 

Finance Risk (Forbid)
1.    PO Split (Same PR with several POs delivered in the same days)
2.    Timely CMI Aging stock review (Unblock K)
3.    No change for cost & material master by individual
4.    No material/Invoice delivery before PO approval
5.    PO QTY follow PR QTY, forbid to manually adjust PO QTY larger than PR QTY with no reasonable texts. 
6.    Any compliance related

Experience

10 years material control/purchasing experience in foreign company.

Technical Skill & Competencies

-good management skills with suppliers to follow TE requirements
-sufficient knowledge/experience of inventory structure optimization
-Good oral English
- good communication skills, problem-solving skills, pressure-resistant, team player
