Develops and maintains procurement processes, systems, and reporting to support operational performance and compliance. Applies data analysis and process knowledge to support audits, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Developing and maintaining recurring reports for procurement KPIs and operational metrics.
• Reviewing and analyzing process performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting audits by ensuring data accuracy, documentation, and compliance reporting.
• Evaluating workflows and system usage to identify efficiency improvements.
• Translating data and analysis into insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Supporting implementation of process changes and system enhancements.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
