The Junior Analyst supports the R2R function by executing low-complexity, clearly defined accounting activities within a limited scope, following established procedures and templates. The Analyst I operates with close supervision while developing foundational accounting, systems, and process knowledge

Job Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS 

• Journal entry preparation
• Execution of reconciliations using predefined templates
• Support fixed assets, cash management or intercompany tasks under supervision
• Support month-end close activities for assigned processes.
• Ensure tasks are executed accurately and on time according to procedures.
• Escalate issues or inconsistencies to senior team members.
• Adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Actively participate in training and learning initiatives.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

• 0–2+ years of relevant accounting experience (or internships).
• Exposure to general accounting, AP or AR processes preferred.
• Basic experience with ERP systems and MS Excel preferred.
• Technical degree in accounting or undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (in progress or completed).
