Operator Level II (Braider) / 3rd Shift

Primary function is to cut, coil, wind, package, and label according to standards and customer specifications.

This is a 3rd Shift position.

• Support Cut & Coil operations by performing required service functions and assisting other operators as needed to maintain production flexibility.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, including hoist checks at the beginning of each shift and inspection of hose guides for defects or sharp edges.
• Perform final hose quality inspections, including measuring inside diameter (I.D.) and outside diameter (O.D.) to ensure specifications are met.
• Follow job card instructions, special work requirements, and partial rack database procedures while completing all required documentation.
• Accurately record and enter production quantities into the computer system and maintain production records.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and consistently adhere to all safety and quality standards.

Required (Basic) Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred qualifications

• One (1) year manufacturing experience
