Associate Planner

As our new Associate Planner you will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time—helping deliver the right products to customers when they need them most.  

• Support daily production and material planning activities.
• Review material availability and help resolve shortages affecting production.
• Partner with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams to support on-time delivery.
• Release production orders for assembly to meet promised delivery dates
• Track order progress and proactively communicate delays to Order Management
• Maintain accurate master data and support creation of new materials in ERP systems

• Graduated from a Bachelor Degree or Engineering
• 1-2 year experience in production planning or supply chain operations
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for planning and analysis
• Fluent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Interest in understanding technical production processes and end-to-end supply chain flows
