About This Opportunity

HR Specialist is a position responsible for leading initiatives in learning and development, talent management, and talent acquisition to support organizational growth and employee engagement. This role collaborates closely with company managers to ensure all staffing matters are addressed effectively and in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

What You Can Expect from The Role

•    Ensure all HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and personnel administration practices comply with local labor legislation and company policies.
•    Lead and coordinate HR projects, driving successful implementation and achievement of defined objectives.
•    Perform the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and talent management processes.
•    Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce data to support business decision-making.
•    Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
•    Perform the development, localization, and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within an international company.
•    Good command of the English, Russian and Turkmen languages, both written and spoken.
•    Solid understanding of local labor law and HR best practices.
•    Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
•    Experience working with HRIS/ERP systems; SAP knowledge is highly preferred.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
•    Ability to lead HR projects and deliver measurable business outcomes.
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
