Job Identification We are looking for an Intern in the Procurement Department in Tashkent.What We Expect
  • Support operational procurement activities at the regional level for the assigned category.
  • Ensure suppliers comply with agreed performance indicators and sustainability requirements.
  • Manage the procurement process from Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO), working closely with suppliers to ensure compliance with cost, quality, and delivery requirements, supporting sustainable and profitable growth in line with CCI's Vision.
  • Monitor and control the closure of issued Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Participate in resolving invoice and payment-related issues with suppliers.
  • Provide necessary information to the Central Procurement Department to support the resolution of issues managed at the central level.
  • Ensure the timely execution of supplier sourcing activities and the conversion of Purchase Requests (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs) within agreed timelines.
  • Support the preparation of procurement plans and contracting requirements for assigned categories at the regional level in line with corporate procurement strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student, or a recent graduate.
  • Ability to work full-time, 5 days per week.
  • Previous internship experience in procurement is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent Russian language skills.
