How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), thebank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of thecountry's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,Tunaiku.

About the Position:
Support the Investor Relations function in managing responsibilities and communications with investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders, while actively contributing to strategic and operational initiatives across the Finance function. This role is designed to provide broad exposure across Investor Relations, financial analysis, performance management, and finance risk-related projects, serving as a development pathway for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities:

Prepare investor communication materials, including financial results announcements, earnings presentations, annual reports, and other public disclosures

Prepare data, analysis, and supporting materials for meetings with investors, analysts, regulators, media representatives, and other stakeholders

Monitor developments in the banking industry, fintech sector, macroeconomic environment, and peer companies

Maintain and manage investor, analyst, and stakeholder databases

Support the execution of public exposes, analyst meetings, investor conferences, earnings calls, and other investor relations activities

Assist in ensuring compliance with capital market regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance standards

Perform financial and business performance analysis, including profitability, cost efficiency, liquidity, funding, asset quality, and key performance indicators

Support the preparation of management reports, business reviews, and presentations for Senior Management

Participate in transformation initiatives, process improvement projects, automation efforts, and data analytics initiatives within the Finance function

Participate in cross-functional assigned projects

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related fields

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field

Experience in a publicly listed company or banking institution is an advantage

Strong analytical and structured thinking

Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis

Good at research, reporting, and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders
