Requirements
Important information:
● This position is on a mandate contract.
● As a mandatory requirement, you must have the right to work in Warsaw. You will be required to provide supporting documentation. You must be a Polish citizen, an EU member citizen, a permanent resident or have a relevant work permit/ Visa in order to be considered for this position.
● This is an onsite position. You are required to work onsite during core business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 hours per day) at our office in Warsaw. So you shall be based in the Warsaw area or you are within commuting distance to our office.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
● Excellent written communication skills (especially in the English language)
● Ability to execute test cases and follow predefined test plans and testing procedures.
● Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify, reproduce, and document defects.
● Ability to think critically and identify inconsistencies, unexpected behaviors, and potential quality issues.
● Ability to communicate testing results, defects, and observations clearly and professionally.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with QA team members and other project stakeholders.
● Ability to manage assigned workload and meet project deadlines.
Primary responsibilities:
● Execute assigned test cases using predefined test runs while adhering to the test plan
● Proactively suggest improvements to existing test cases, test suites, and execution approaches
● Participate in test strategy discussions and provide constructive feedback
● Professionally provide feedback on gameplay, fun factor, game balance, and overall player experience during project testing cycles, when requested by the client
● Record test results, including observed behaviors, defects, and deviations from expected results
● Collaborate with Automation Engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation and provide the necessary inputs for automation scripts
● Report and track defects using a defect tracking system, providing accurate and detailed information to assist in defect resolution
● Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects
● Work closely with QA Engineers and QA Leads to clarify test execution details, raise concerns, and provide feedback on test coverage and effectiveness.
● Collaborate with QA Compliance Testers to ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements during testing
● Continuously update and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test environments
● Monitor and track test execution progress, providing timely status updates to relevant stakeholders
Bonus if you have:
● Availability to start immediately.
● Game Testing experience
● Experience with Security testing/ fuzzing tools
● Experience with Performance/Stress testing tools and methodologies
● Experience with Accessibility testing
● Experience with Certification Testing and/or Lot Checks
● Experience with testing tools like fiddler, netmon, etc.
● Experience with bug tracking systems like ADO, JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
● Experience shipping any software products or certificates in games testing, design, engineering, etc.
