- Design exhibition didactics, including title panels, interactive displays, and extended object labels for exhibitions across campus, following best practices established by the American Alliance of Museums (AAM).
- Ensure all graphic materials adhere to the Escalette Collection’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to produce exhibition graphics and other printed materials.
- Print exhibition labels, stickers, and other materials using the Design/Create/Innovate (DCI) Lab as needed.
- Collaborate with the Collections Manager to develop installation mock-ups and exhibition layouts.
- Assist the Social Media Student Assistant in creating graphics and other visual content for digital platforms as needed.
- Edit and enhance photographs of artworks, exhibitions, installations, and public programs.
- Design promotional materials, including flyers, newsletters, and other marketing and outreach materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
