- Conduct market research and information gathering based on the Company's game IP portfolio and licensing strategy, identify and build a comprehensive database of IP licensing resources, and ensure its ongoing maintenance. Resources include brand partners, online and offline distribution channels, and other high-impact market opportunities.
- Develop and acquire IP licensing partners in accordance with the Company's IP licensing strategy, establish and execute various IP licensing collaborations, and achieve the assigned IP licensing revenue targets.
- Consolidate and analyze partnership cases, prepare post-project review reports, and continuously identify opportunities to improve business performance and execution.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners, identify and recommend suitable collaboration opportunities, lead business discussions and negotiations, and establish successful partnerships between the Company's game IPs and external partners. QualificationsRequirements:
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in IP licensing, gaming, or related business functions. Strong understanding of the gaming industry and player culture. Experience delivering successful animation, comics, or other IP-related business projects is preferred.
- Possess an open mindset and a willingness to learn across different disciplines. Able to adapt working approaches in a rapidly evolving business environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong data collection and analytical skills, with the ability to independently monitor competitor activities, gaming market trends, and emerging IP partnership models, and translate findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Familiar with local industry laws and regulations, with a solid understanding of content compliance requirements and common partnership practices.
- Experience in the IP merchandise or consumer products industry, such as collectibles, character merchandise, or anime-related products, is an advantage.
- Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with external partners and stakeholders will have a competitive advantage.Apply
