Your Tasks
• Act as a business partner for various departments by providing financial analyses and insights to support decision-making.
• Support and contribute to the New Product Development (NPD) process, including business case evaluations and financial assessments.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost transparency across the group.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of controlling data and documentation across the group.
• Drive the standardization, harmonization, and automation of controlling processes, reports, and tools to improve efficiency and data quality at group level.
• Participate in cross-functional and cross-country controlling expert teams, contributing to continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices across the organisation.
Your Profile
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field
• 2-3 years of professional experience in controlling
• Strong analytical skills, a structured working style and a hands-on, business-oriented mindset
• Confident communicator with the ability to act as a trusted business partner
• Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of EUR 34,000 gross per year for this position. Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
