What You Will Do
Ø Be responsible for developing and submitting product quotation of new product to internal or external customer and follow up the production efficiency during program ramp up stage per QAF target.
Ø Develop and maintain the quotation process
Ø Work with Program Manager/ Engineer to lead product quotation and submit quotation on time
Ø Work with Purchasing department to establish, analysis, update and maintain material price data base
Ø Work with Engineering team and IE engineer to define cycle time and labor cost according to process flow chart of new product
Ø Work with tooling Engineer to get and analysis tooling price before quotation submission
Ø Work with Finance department to do cost analysis
Ø Lead customer requirement analysis at quotation stage
Ø Work with Engineering and the related departments to analyze product development cost
Ø Learn the bench marking of the quotation.
Ø Conduct industry engineer work also according to the special requirements.
Ø Lead lean ,cost reduction and cost of quality programs.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Ø Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, IE engineering or equivalent
Ø At least 3 years related working experience.
Ø Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Ø Knowledge of IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001
Ø Good knowledge in industrial engineering and finance.
Ø Good PC skills and excel skills a must.
Ø Good organizational and communication skills
Ø English oral and written is required.
Ø Understand and observe position safety protection.
