• Lead the design and delivery of Generative AI solutions as a senior individual contributor, with deep focus on LLMs, RAG and context engineering.
• Design and develop LLM-powered applications, including ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, re-ranking, grounding, prompt orchestration, evaluation and monitoring.
• Build and optimise production-ready RAG pipelines that connect enterprise knowledge sources with LLMs to deliver accurate, secure and explainable responses.
• Define context engineering approaches for context selection, compression, memory, prompt templates, tool use and structured inputs to improve LLM reliability.
• Translate business problems into scalable GenAI solution designs by selecting suitable models, retrieval strategies, vector stores, orchestration frameworks and deployment patterns.
• Establish quality measures for GenAI systems, including groundedness, answer relevance, retrieval precision, hallucination reduction, latency, cost and user feedback.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, accelerators and best practices for LLM, RAG and context engineering use cases across teams.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, security, compliance and business stakeholders to shape technical direction and influence decisions without direct people-management ownership.
• Ensure solutions follow Responsible AI, privacy, security, data governance and model-risk-management standards from design through production.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance through architecture reviews, design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting and mentoring of engineering teams.

• Strong architecture ownership, stakeholder influence, Responsible AI awareness, technical documentation and mentoring skills for senior individual contributor impact.
• Master’s with specialisation in Technology with certification in AI and ML
